So this weekend I had the pleasure of watching one of my husband’s best friends get wed! What a dazzling summer’s day we all had. Despite the fact that the wedding ended up with the hubs a little worse for wear and vague recollections of me sneaking off with my chum in search for cake (not good for the waist line), the wedding was absolutely stunning. On entry to the farm we were greeted with some hot ushers, ribbons in the bushes & pastel chalk drawings. For dinner we were greeted with a sharing concept – something very refreshing for everyone round the table. I liked how it got us all talking whilst one of the members of the table carved the lamb and served us all. The table names were made from what looked like vintage prints hung with clothes pegs, quirky, fun and in keeping with their joyful bright day.
